5. Medicare and Rebates

If you are referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan by your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates. Please ensure your referral is valid and up-to-date prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to bring the required documentation to claim a rebate.

6. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee.

• Non-attendance without notice may be charged at the full session rate.

Frequent cancellations or missed appointments may impact your ability to book future sessions.

7. Suitability for Online Therapy

Online sessions are available via a secure video platform. While suitable for many clients, online therapy may not be appropriate for all situations. A discussion will take place to ensure telehealth is the right option for your needs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, quiet space and reliable internet connection for online appointments.
