Yes, online therapy is available for clients who prefer to access counselling from the comfort of home. Telehealth sessions are delivered via a secure video platform and are suitable for most types of therapy.
How long is each session?
Standard counselling sessions run for approximately 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed - just let us know when booking.
How much do sessions cost?

Is there a waitlist?
Anne strives to keep wait times as short as possible. Depending on your availability and location preference (Kallangur, West End, or telehealth), you may be able to book a session within a few days. Please get in touch to check current availability.

Do I need a referral to book a session?
No referral is required to book an appointment. You’re welcome to self-refer at any time.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes, your privacy is respected at all times. Everything shared in session is kept strictly confidential, in line with professional ethics and Australian privacy laws. The only exceptions are when required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
