Individual Therapy for Adults

Life can be complex - and at times, overwhelming. If you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, burnout, relationship issues, or a lingering sense that something’s not quite right, therapy can help.

I offer one-on-one counselling for adults in a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgement. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and responsive to your needs. Together, we can unpack the patterns that are holding you back and work towards insight, growth, and relief.

Common areas I support clients with:

  • Trauma processing through EMDR

  • Stress, anxiety, and burnout

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions (career, identity, parenting, aging)

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • Emotional regulation

  • Relationship challenges

  • Personal development and insight

Therapy for Parents and Carers

Parenting brings enormous joy - but it also brings complexity. I support parents and caregivers who are seeking clarity, emotional grounding, and better connection with themselves and their families. You don’t have to do it alone.

A woman and a young boy are painting together at a wooden table in a cozy, well-lit playroom. The woman holds a paint palette and a paintbrush, while the boy is painting with a brush. There are small containers of paint on the table, and toys and stuffed animals are visible in the background.

Child and Adolescent Support

With a background in play and arts-based therapies and over a decade as a primary school teacher, I occasionally work with younger clients in a developmentally appropriate, creative and gentle way. This work is available on a case-by-case basis and is best suited to families looking for warm, trauma-informed support.

How I Work

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailored to the individual. These include:

  • Person-centred therapy

  • Psychodynamic and relational models

  • Arts and creative therapy principles

  • Somatic and mindfulness-informed practice

  • Play-based methods (for children)
